Located in South Mumbai facing the eastern Harbor, the project revolved around maximizing natural light and ventilation in the space, along with providing an efficient layout for a 3 BHK apartment. The color palette primarily involves hues of white to reflect and respond to the tight nature of the space. The layout provides for a free unrestricted movement in the common areas, creating a strong sense of welcoming in the house. As one enters the private spaces, there is a subtle difference through the use of colors and materials, making the space a lot more cozy.
